Refund Policy

OUR 30-DAY WARRANTY

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will ensure that your issue is resolved. If you received the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to send the correct items or provide a full refund. For defective or faulty products, kindly take photos or videos and email us at contact@infinite-digital.co. We will replace or refund your purchase after confirming the issue. PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged items due to customer error will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Request your Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing contact@infinite-digital.co with the reason for your return, along with supporting photos or videos.

3. Once your request is approved, we will provide the RA# and return address for your item. 

Important: Please use a trackable shipping service to return your product, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, please send the item as a gift to avoid custom fees on returns. Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. A receipt will be sent to your email.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund is reflected. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please email us at contact@infinite-digital.co.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, please email us at contact@infinite-digital.co.

Sale or Promotion Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once your order has been processed and/or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you cancel your order before it has been processed, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and processing fees. Invalid Reasons for Cancellation:

- Buyer no longer wants the item(s).

- Buyer found a cheaper price elsewhere.

Please ensure you are confident in your purchase decision before submitting an order, as all orders are legally binding once placed.
